Who We Are

I’m Max, a cheesemonger in Montmartre, and I run my neighborhood fromagerie with Laura. We work directly with passionate producers, and we age many of our cheeses ourselves.

Over the past two years, we’ve welcomed more than 3,000 guests to our tastings and organized events for corporate teams, art galleries, private clients, birthday parties, and Christmas markets. Now we’re bringing this experience to you, wherever you want it.

Where can the event take place?

We can host the experience in our private tasting room in Montmartre (up to 12 guests), or bring the full setup directly to your location — office, hotel, Airbnb, rooftop, or private venue anywhere in Paris. Everything is included: artisanal cheeses, wines, glassware, and service.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We work with groups from 6 to 50+ guests. For intimate tastings, our Montmartre room fits up to 12. For larger corporate events or cocktail receptions, we adapt the format — seated tasting, standing buffet, or interactive workshop — to fit your space and goals.

What is the price of a private cheese and wine event?

The public rate for the wine and cheese tasting is 69€ per person. Book directly on our website with the promo code CHEESE and get 15% off — bringing the price down to 59€. For private groups and corporate events, we offer custom pricing with volume discounts — the larger the group, the better the rate. What is included in a private tasting event?

Each event includes a curated selection of 6 to 8 French artisanal cheeses aged in our own shop, paired with carefully chosen French wines. I personally host and guide the session — sharing stories, pairing logic, and cheesemonger insights. Setup, glassware, and service are all included.

How long does a private event last?

Most events last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. For larger corporate groups or specific programs (workshop format, extended dinner pairing), we can adjust the duration from a 1-hour aperitif session to a full 3-hour evening tasting.

Can you organize a full cheese and wine buffet?

Yes — and it’s something we do with real expertise. Beyond our tasting sessions, we have extensive experience organising cheese and wine buffets for all kinds of events, drawing directly on our Montmartre fromagerie where we select and age the cheeses ourselves. Over the years, we’ve set up buffets for corporate events, private celebrations, birthday parties, art gallery openings, and more. We’ve also organised and participated in Christmas markets with our own stand, bringing French cheese culture to a wider audience. Every buffet is fully tailor-made — format, selection, presentation, and pricing are all adapted to your event and group size. The larger the group, the more competitive the rates. Do you provide an invoice for corporate bookings?

Yes. We issue invoices for all corporate events. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Contact us in advance to discuss billing requirements for your company or organization.

How far in advance should we book a private event?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to customize the selection. For large events (30+ guests) or specific dates like end-of-year parties, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal.

Yes. We accommodate vegetarian preferences, common allergies, and non-alcoholic pairings. Just let us know your guests’ needs in advance and we’ll build a selection that works for everyone — without compromising on quality or variety.

Is the event hosted in English?

Yes — all our events are fully hosted in English, making them ideal for international teams, foreign clients, and mixed-nationality groups. French hosting is also available on request.

Can you travel outside Paris for events?

We primarily operate in Paris and the greater Île-de-France region. For events outside this area, contact us to discuss logistics and availability — we’re open to it depending on the project.
