Who'll host you
A working cheesemonger or trained sommelière — in person.
We are Max, Doriane and Raphaela. Max is a working cheesemonger with five years sourcing raw-milk cheeses directly from French producers. Doriane and Raphaela both hold Master's degrees in wine studies, trained across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
For private tastings, one of us is dedicated to your group for the full two hours. We've hosted bachelorettes, family reunions, milestone birthdays, corporate offsites — and we know how to read a room, set the tone, and make everyone feel at home.

We take care of everything else.
Arrive at the venue, meet your host, and settle in. The cheeses are ready, the wines are poured, and the next two hours belong entirely to your group.

Private tastings are designed for groups of 8 to 12 guests. The minimum is 8 — below that, we'd recommend joining one of our public sessions instead (69€/person). For groups of 12+, contact us for a custom corporate proposal.
From 59€ per person for groups of 8–12. All inclusive. For larger groups or corporate formats, we provide a custom tailored proposal — contact us to discuss.
In our tasting room with raw stone walls in Montmartre, at 98 Rue Marcadet, 75018 Paris (metro Jules Joffrin, line 12). The room is privatized entirely for your group — no strangers, no shared tables.
Yes. We're open 7 days a week with standard sessions at 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00. Private groups can often be accommodated at other times on request — just let us know your preference and we'll confirm what's available.
Yes — all private tastings are hosted in English as standard. French hosting is also available on request.
Yes. Let us know in advance and we'll adapt. Non-drinkers get an organic juice pairing. We can work around most allergies and dietary preferences with advance notice.
Yes. Mention the occasion and any requests when you enquire and we'll tell you what's possible. We can arrange a Champagne welcome, birthday decorations, or a personalized welcome message.
