A curated selection of artisanal French cheeses and carefully chosen wines, led by one of us in person — Max, Doriane or Raphaela. Full setup, glassware, service, and post-event invoice are included. For catering formats, presentation boards, linen and additional service staff can be added.
Most events run 90 minutes to 2 hours. We can adapt: from a focused 1-hour aperitif workshop to a full 3-hour dinner tasting. For cocktail catering formats, we work around your event schedule — we can run continuously for 3–4 hours.
Yes — it's a core part of what we do. We supply and present premium cheese and wine buffets for corporate cocktail parties, product launches, press events and annual dinners. Boards are assembled from raw-milk cheeses sourced directly from our suppliers, with charcuterie, breads and garnishes. The larger the group, the more competitive the per-head rate. Full invoice provided.
Yes. We issue invoices for all corporate events. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Contact us in advance to discuss billing requirements for your company or organization.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to customize the selection. For large events (30+ guests) or specific dates like end-of-year parties, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal.
Yes. We accommodate vegetarian preferences, common allergies, and non-alcoholic pairings. Just let us know your guests' needs in advance and we'll build a selection that works for everyone — without compromising on quality or variety.
Yes — all our events are fully hosted in English, making them ideal for international teams, foreign clients, and mixed-nationality groups. French hosting is also available on request.
We primarily operate in Paris and the greater Île-de-France region. For events outside this area, contact us to discuss logistics and availability — we're open to it depending on the project.
We're not a catering company putting together a generic cheese board. Max is a working cheesemonger; Doriane and Raphaela are trained sommelières. Every event is led by one of us in person — with real knowledge, genuine passion, and stories that make the food memorable. Your guests leave having learned something, not just eaten.
